The Queen City Hockey Association (QCHA) is excited to announce the partnership of Queen City Steam and W.H.A.C.K. , creating an exciting organization that will bring fun and excitement to Cincinnati Amateur Hockey!
Mission Statement
The QCHA is committed to the growth and development of area youth in the sport of hockey. We will offer a high quality coaching staff that works with players to promote sportsmanship, commitment, competition and team skills in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment..
Vision
QCHA desires to build a strong, dedicated, and member-friendly Association, that will deliver high quality support and guidance to its coaches, players, and parents.
Integrity
QCHA expects the Association and its coaches, players, and parents to be honest, fair, and committed to the development of coaches and players of amateur ice hockey.
Transparency
QCHA will be open to communication with its members in all aspects of its operations. It will be held accountable to its Members for the operation of the Association. Members will have access to open Board meetings, and financial disclosure statements.
Fiscal Responsibility
QCHA realizes its fiduciary obligation to the Association and values fiscal responsibility.. This commitment will allow the Association to deliver affordable ice hockey to area youth.
Responsiveness
QCHA will strive to be responsive to its coaches’, players’, and parents’ needs through frequent communication, with a focus on the ever-changing dynamics within the sport of ice hockey and the community. The Association will encourage full participation, cooperation, and open communication from all of its coaches, players and parents with the Association to provide a superior amateur hockey organization.
Passion
QCHA will have a can-do attitude and commitment to our players’ advancement. Our passion will create a successful Association that will be fulfilling and exciting for its members.
Membership Service
QCHA will perform its work with the objective of providing the coaches, players and parents with customer service that exceeds all expectations. Through accurate and up-to-date information, QCHA will be action-oriented in order to maximize our effectiveness in serving the Association members and achieving our goals.
