LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY

UPCOMING SESSIONS
Registration is now open for the upcoming sessions of Learn to Play Hockey. The next session will begin Sunday, February 31, 2010 with details below. Learn to Play Hockey is a spectacular way to introduce your son or daughter to begin a lifetime of fun playing hockey.
The session will be staffed and managed by Bob Mackey and Learn to Skate Cincinnati at Sports Plus. Visit their website at: http://www.learntoskatecincinnati.com/ and click on the tab "Play Hockey".
Whether you’re brand new to hockey or have taken a break and want to get back into hockey, here’s a great way to get started. We have well trained instructors that will teach new skaters hockey fundamentals.
Each Program Offers:
Weekly sessions on Sunday afternoons
1 ½ hours on ice
$75 per session
Format:
The format will generally be an hour working on skating skills, with the remaining time on cross-ice scrimmages, depending on the participants and administrators.
Elegible Participants:
The class is open to boys and girls ages 4-16.
Hockey Equipment:
You need the following equipment to participate:
- Skates
- Elbow Pads
- Hockey Stick
- Gloves
- Helmet
- Hockey Pants
- Shoulder Pads
- Shin Guards
Equipment Rental:
Sports Plus offers an equipment rental program on a limited basis. Please make sure you contact Carl at least 14 days prior to the start of the session to ensure you get your equipment.

2010 Spring Session Classes will be on Sundays for the Winter I session (A total of 7 classes). The cost will be $75. All Sessions are from 3:30pm to 4:50 pm on the following dates
- 4/19 thru 6/7, no class 5/30
